After 11 years working together as Head and Deputy Head of Media Management at one of the UK’s leading public relations agencies, Phil Taylor and Andy Michael established London-based specialist Media, Reputation and Crisis Management firm, Taylor Michael Media, in 2021.

With a wealth of experience as Chief Reporter, News Editor and Associate Editor of the world’s biggest selling newspaper, Phil was nominated four times at the British Press Awards for his investigative journalism. Phil became Executive Director of one of the UK’s leading PR agencies after a decade as Head of Media Management. As a classic poacher-turned-gamekeeper, he knows all the tricks of the trade and uses his unrivalled media contacts book to promote and protect his clients.

Prior to starting his career in PR, Andy was a showbiz reporter for a best-selling British weekly entertainment magazine and a project manager for a market-leading publisher, producing special-interest content for most of the UK’s national newspapers. He then spent a decade as Deputy Head of Media Management at one of the UK’s leading PR agencies, specialising in reputation and crisis management.
